Zenmieter provides a unique way for property rental. It rents the apartment from the landlords including monthly payment guarantee to reduce effort and risk. On the other hand it will rent out the apartment to tenants. The offer is based on the market-price and a complex analysis to calculate imputed rent loss and other risks.
The Challenge
The offer process was manual and error-prone. Data was collected, transferred and calculated in various tools and sheets.
The Solution
First we streamlined the process. Then we specified the relevant interfaces and required resources and developed a calculation library as cloud functions. With an automation tools we integrated every peace together and reduced the manual effort by 95% and created measurable data for KPIs
